We process personal data when you contact us, apply for a position or use this website.
- Name and surname
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name
- Information you provide through the request form
- For job applicants: CV, employment history, NDT certificates and qualification levels
- Website activity, including IP address, browser and device type
Special categories of data
We do not ask you to provide special categories of data, including information about health, biometrics, trade union membership or criminal records, and you should not send such information to us through this website. If a specific assignment requires medical clearance or a background check, we will request the information separately, explain why it is required and process it outside this website.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from visitors under the age of 16. We cannot verify a visitor's age. Job applications
Applications submitted through this website are sent to our own server and then to our CRM. They are accessible only to people involved in recruitment for the relevant role. Applications are assessed manually; we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Please do not include health information, a photograph, a national identification number or criminal record information in your CV. If any of this information is required for a specific site or client, we will request it separately and explain why it is needed.
Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing purposes. We use service providers that process personal data on our instructions under written data processing agreements:
- website hosting and email services;
- our CRM, which receives requests and job applications;
- analytics and advertising providers, but only where you have allowed those categories through the cookie banner.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Transfers outside the EEA and the UK
Some of our providers, particularly analytics and advertising providers, are established outside the EEA and the United Kingdom.
